Laboratoires Mansard Concentré S Plus is a targeted anti-blemish paste formulated for direct application to active blemishes. Its concentrated formula combines active Sulfur, Gluconolactone, Zinc PCA, and Camphor to accelerate the disappearance of pimples, reduce volume, prevent scar formation, and inhibit bacterial proliferation — without clogging pores or causing excessive dryness. It is used as a precision spot treatment, applied directly to the affected area before masking.
